Cancellation Policy
At Killa Coatings LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair and reliable schedule for our clients and technicians. To help ensure smooth operations, the following cancellation policy applies to scheduled services.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment in our schedule.
The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
This fee helps compensate for the appointment time and resources that were reserved for your service.
Cancellation After Rescheduling
If an appointment has been rescheduled one or more times and is subsequently cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
This policy helps account for the time and resources allocated to accommodate scheduling changes.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice may result in a charge equal to the full service amount.
This policy helps ensure fairness to our team and to other customers who may have wanted the reserved appointment time.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
